The organization of the Niballo is headed directly to the municipal administration of Faenza which manages the demonstrations with the collaboration of the Districts (RIONI) and the Municipal Group. The highest office of the Niballo is the Magistrate of the Districts (Magistrato dei Rioni) who controls, through the Organizing Coordinator, the Committee for the Niballo.
